Regarding Accomodation Marco is trying to talk to the campings, in order to understand if we can get a special fee if we book/pay some places together in advance... if somebody can get an idea of how many people would be interested in such an option in uk I can do the same in italy and then I'd contact the camping.
-->> on the camping website (www.campingmonja.com/default.htm) you'll find the prices and it is stated that for groups > 20 people there is a discount of 20%
With the discounted price,
2 adults + car park + tent would be ~23 Euro ( 20 GBP)/day

We can get the same discount if we are less than 20, we may ask for a bit more if we are considerably more than 20...
They suggest Booking in June.
