Texts From Chairman Bob this evening:

Turned right at Dunkerque. Hit Reims the Dijon. Campsite at Poligny. Rigging boat by 09:30 for race start 14:30. Where is GBR 814?

Le Mini Bol. Club Nautique Vallee de Joux
Wind Force 1 - 2, Sunny
Race start. 2 starts - er well one actually, so last off the line with complete rookie crew. Top mark, 3 miles later and Rookie heaved the big flappy thing aloft. First time for everything at 62 yrs young!

On job training for Rookiw and a few gybes later went for first ever drop after passing a cat. Head up and aim for home. Cat caught a gust and came through. So our result (across the line) was......... 7th / 46, but overall - 4th / 46 on the day.
