TOPIC: Repair to hull floor

Repair to hull floor 2 years, 4 months ago #85

There is a small hole (approx 30mm by 15mm) in one of the hull kick board ridges that run length ways down the floor of the hull on my Iso; where a small piece of the fibreglass/gelcoat has broken away. Could anyone advise on the best/easiest way to repair this and which materials to use?
Thanks Mark

Gelcoat and catalyst & fibreglass matting.

Is the hole through the boat or is it the gelcoat that is cracked off and the fibreglass is showing?

Unfortunately we have a different colour from the RS boats, but this kit will do for gel coat repairs. You only need a couple of drops of catalyst for a mix. LDC Gelcoat Kit

Take a photo and upload it to this thread.
