I have created a new section on the site to show where all the website mebers are. The map is only viewable by Registered members and above, (paying or not) and they have to be logged in.

To get your marker on the map, click "Update your location" on the top right of the map, then follow the instructions.

If you do not want your address on the map, then please could you set your pointer to your sailing club. Gives us an idea where you all are.

Currently there is no "check box" to remove yourself from the map. If you are on the map and wish to remove yourself, please do so by going to your profile, then "Edit" / "Update Your Profile", then the "MemberMap Tab". Delete the coordinates and click "Update".

View map by clicking on "Membership Map" on the left hand nav bar.

12 Members now on the membership map.

Come on folks, lets see some more of you on there. Put your pointers on your sailing club.

Scroll down the page, then just zoom around the map and single click on the relevant location. Then click "Update Location" (bottom right of map).

I hope that helps?

Pete

PS:
Full commendation to you Mick for asking how to do it! There was me thinking that it was obvious (obvious in that I didn't test usability properly) and people were just not bothering to contribute to the site.
