John Gill thought that the old keel of a daggerboard that the ISO uses, needed reworking.
The better designed daggerboard (a 49er mk1 daggerboard) would reduce the weight and improve boat performance.
Feedback from John is that it is brilliant. Boat handling and performance is increased.
2010 AGM talk was that it would split the fleet, so currently development is on the back burner. - Comments: 0
